1. Returns
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (such as health shots, honey, and shilajit), we currently do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
However, we may accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival (with proof)
To start a return, please email us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and a clear photo of the product if it was damaged or incorrect.
2. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- You’ll receive a full or partial refund to your original payment method (depending on the situation).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Returns requested after the 7-day window
- Items damaged due to misuse or not following product storage instructions
3. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you received a damaged or wrong item, we’ll either replace it or issue a refund.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
